Application for an ESAC 2013 conference travel grant
Deadline: January 27, 2013
To be eligible for a travel grant you must:
- be a student at a university or college OR employee of a non-profit organisation;
- be an ESAC member in good standing; and
- be registered for the Congress with ESAC.
Finally, you must fill out this form and return it by the deadline.
The costs covered by ESAC depend on the point of departure of delegates. ESAC does not offer full travel grants covering inclusive costs incurred by delegates. We do not offer our delegates advances, only reimbursement after the congress upon presentation of copies of proof of travel expenses. Recipients of the travel grant are expected to attend the ESAC AGM held during conference.
Please note that this year Travel Grant funding is not being made available from SSHRC – the ESAC board has decided to make available ESAC general funds to support non-Faculty individuals in attending the conference.
